There is also a solar water heater which is more than enough to heat the water, but alternatively if it is cloudy, an electric boiler is automatically activated. Of course, bottles are used for drinking water. There is a fixed telephone connection with internal distribution on all levels (except the garage). The house is protected by an alarm system (dual function) connected to a security guard in the area and also to other receivers. There is a satellite and plain TV antenna and a built-in signal transmission. The four levels of the house are connected via an external staircase, as well as an electric lift, capable of transporting 250 kg of weight (i.e. 2 people with their luggage).
